Does Payflow take a commission on COD fees or orders?
No. Payflow does not take any commission, percentage, or per-order fee from your checkout — including COD fees.
The COD fee is implemented as a Shopify shipping rate that you create in your own Shopify admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery. Shopify collects the payment and deposits it into your account. Payflow only controls when that rate is visible at checkout; it never touches the money.
What the plans include
Section titled “What the plans include”On Free, only one customization can be active at a time, and that limit is shared: it applies whether the rule is Cash on Delivery Setup, a Payment Customization, or a Delivery Customization — not one of each. Pro removes that cap so you can run unlimited active customizations.
